Kyno

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 7, 2026

Kyno takes an app your AI agent built and runs it on a private URL with a login, secrets, and HTTPS. This page describes what we collect to do that, where it lives, and how to get rid of it. If anything here is unclear, email ujjwal.preenja1308@gmail.com and ask.

Kyno is in beta and runs on a single server. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not put regulated data (health records, card numbers, government identifiers) into a Kyno app.

What we collect

We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train machine learning models, and we do not read the contents of your apps or their databases except when you ask us to help with a specific problem.

Secrets

Secrets you set on an app are encrypted at rest and injected into the app only while it runs. No Kyno API, tool, or console screen returns a secret value once it is set, so a secret can be replaced but never read back. Treat anything you paste into a non-secret environment variable as readable by anyone who can manage the app.

Where it is stored

Account, workspace, and authorisation records are held in a private PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase, which acts as storage only. Your source files, container images, app data, and operational records are held on the server that runs your app. Transactional email, such as verification links, is delivered by Resend. Payments, when you are on a paid plan, are handled by our payment provider, and we never receive or store your card number.

Who can see your apps

A deployed app is not public. Opening it requires a verified email address that is a current member of the workspace that owns it. Removing someone from the workspace, or their leaving it, revokes the sessions they held for every app in it. Workspace owners and admins control who is a member.

Kyno staff can reach the server that runs your apps, which is what makes support and recovery possible. We access app contents only to resolve a problem you have raised or to meet a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Your choices

You can see and change your workspace members and roles in the console, and destroy any app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and everything in it deleted, email ujjwal.preenja1308@gmail.com. We will confirm within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data, and you are welcome to exercise them through the same address. To opt out of our site analytics, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.

Children

Kyno is a tool for work and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for a change that materially reduces your privacy we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
