These terms cover your use of Kyno, at kyno.work and console.kyno.work, and of any app you deploy through it. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. Questions go to ujjwal.preenja1308@gmail.com.
Kyno is beta software on a single server. There is no uptime guarantee, and we do not currently keep off-site backups of your app data. Keep your own copy of anything important, and do not use Kyno as the only home for data your business depends on.
Kyno builds the source you or your AI agent sends, runs the result in an isolated virtual machine, and serves it on a private URL behind an email-verified login. Kyno is a hosting and access layer. It is not a backup service, a data warehouse, or a general purpose platform, and we may decline workloads that do not fit the product.
You need a working email address and are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your connected AI agents do with your authorisation. Keep your sign in details and your agent's access token to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think either has been compromised. Workspace owners and admins decide who joins a workspace and what role each member holds.
Each plan carries limits on the number of live apps, memory, storage, upload slots, deployments per hour, and how long an idle app stays awake. Current limits are published in our documentation and returned by the API, and we enforce them on the server. We may change limits and prices, and will give notice by email before a change affects a paid plan you are already on.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. If a payment fails we may suspend the workspace after telling you. Cancelling stops future charges and your workspace returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period, which may mean apps beyond the free limit stop serving.

Security research on your own apps is welcome. Report anything you find to ujjwal.preenja1308@gmail.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
You own your source code, your data, and your content. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store, build, copy, and serve your content so your app works and the people you share it with can open it. We own Kyno itself, including the platform, the console, and our documentation. Feedback you send us we may use freely.
We aim to keep Kyno up but do not promise any level of uptime during beta. Idle apps are put to sleep and wake on their next request, which adds a delay to that request. We may take the service down for maintenance, and may change or remove features. Support is best effort by email, from one person, so please be patient.
You can stop using Kyno whenever you like, and destroying an app or asking us to close your account deletes its data permanently. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the platform or other customers at risk. Where the situation allows it we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we discontinue Kyno we will give at least 30 days notice by email.
Kyno is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that data will never be lost. Firecracker virtual machines are our isolation boundary, and while we take that seriously, we have not completed adversarial escape testing and make no security guarantee during beta.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kyno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, even if we were told such damage was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your apps, or your use of Kyno in breach of these terms.
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page. For a material change we will email the address on your account at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kyno after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
